Fortune Magazine reported in its July 20, 1998 issue that one way to choose a recruiter is to ask if they've been certified. Certification provides the knowledge and the guidelines to perform according to the highest professional placement standards. The professional knowledge base includes employment law, changing regulations, best business practices and the highest standards of ethics.

Cindy earned a double degree from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX. She has a B.S. Business Administration, with a Marketing Concentration plus a B.A. Inter-American Studies and a Minor in Spanish. She is a member of NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services) and Vistage (The World’s Largest CEO Membership Organization.)

She has a passion for helping her clients and candidates “Take it to the next level”. Outside of the office, Cindy is actively involved in her community, planning her next family adventure (hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, biking), gardening, enjoying the great outdoors and continuing to grow personally and professionally.
