Biography – Cindy Risetter Claycomb, CPC
Executive Search Group was founded in 1998 by Cindy Risetter Claycomb, CPC. Prior to ESG, her sales and sales management career encompassed experience in Consumer Products, Industrial Services, Staffing & Consulting Services and IT Consulting Services. Cindy has worked in the Fortune 500, a turnaround private company, and high growth companies, giving her the invaluable knowledge about different work environments and what it takes to be successful in each.
Her ability to transform business by implementing tools, systems and processes and the ability to identify and evaluate quality talent has been a hallmark of her professional career. Cindy’s commitment to strong client relationships has been one of the top reasons for her success.
Cindy has her CPC certification, which stands for Certified Personnel Consultant.
Certification is viewed by the business community and the industry as a seal of excellence. Fortune Magazine reported in its July 20, 1998 issue that one way to choose a recruiter is to ask if they've been certified. Certification provides the knowledge and the guidelines to perform according to the highest professional placement standards. The professional knowledge base includes employment law, changing regulations, best business practices and the highest standards of ethics.
Cindy earned a double degree from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX. She has a B.S. Business Administration, with a Marketing Concentration plus a B.A. Inter-American Studies and a Minor in Spanish. She is a member of NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services) and Vistage (The World’s Largest CEO Membership Organization.)
She has a passion for helping her clients and candidates “Take it to the next level”. Outside of the office, Cindy is actively involved in her community, planning her next family adventure (hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, biking), gardening, enjoying the great outdoors and continuing to grow personally and professionally.
Cindy lives in the Chicago suburbs with 2 rapidly growing children, a rambunctious puppy, a curious cat, and a lone surviving catfish.
