Cindy Risetter Meding is the President and Founder of Executive Strategies Group, an executive coaching services firm dedicated to enhancing leaders’ skills and effectiveness. She provides individual leadership coaching, talent strategies, career coaching, Peer Advisory Boards and leadership team coaching in Chicago for senior executives and business owners.

Cindy brings over 30 years of experience and skills in leading organizational change, building high-performing teams, increasing self-awareness, honest self-knowledge, and helping organizations and leaders strategically achieve higher levels of success.

 Cindy honed her skills through sales leadership and management roles at Anheuser-Busch, Boyle Midway, and Sprint. She later started her own company, which serviced clients such as JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Northern Trust, ABN Amro, Fortune brands, Sara Lee, and various entrepreneurial organizations in the Chicagoland Market.
